Mistaken purchase of app for free trial

I accidentally bought an app subscription for $66 thinking it was a free trial first. I thought that it was going to be a free trial because the app told me it was going to let me know 2 days before my free trial expires so I went ahead and made the purchase. Then I realized it wasn’t a free trial and money got taken out of my account so I canceled subscription immediately and emailed customer support for the app. What is the likelihood that I will get a refund even after I requested one thru apple and the apps customer support?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18

Have you used a free trial for this app in the past?

If you have used a free trial for an app in the past and try to get another free trial, you will be immediately charged for the app. Apple does not give refunds in this circumstance very often.
