Shortcuts automation not triggering with accessibility shortcut

I found an issue with shortcuts and an automation not triggering properly. I have an automation set up so that it opens the shortcuts app immediately after the settings app is opened, as a deterrent of sorts.

However, if you access settings through the accessibility shortcut found in the control center (swiping from the top of the screen), then it doesn’t activate the automation whatsoever. I don’t know any way to fix this, and wanted to report it and have it fixed. Any idea on how I’d do that?

Attached below are two images regarding the specific automation, and the location of the problematic shortcut (bottom row, all the way to the right).

To understand the issue, set up the automation and open settings normally. Then, open setting through the accessibility shortcut as seen in the control center.
