Use apple tv to hear logic pro surround mix?

Is it possible to monitor (listen) to Logic Pro surround mixes using airplay and Apple TV? More specifically listen to open mixing sessions so I can make adjustments on the fly.

How do I listen to Dolby Atmos Music on an AV receiver without an Apple TV 4K? I understand that, in order to get Dolby Atmos to be playedback on a home theatre, you need an Apple TV connected to an AV receiver. Is it possible to listen to Dolby Atmos on a Mac or PC in Apple Music (or iTunes, in case of Windows PC) connected to an AV receiver? the HDMI out of a Mac doesn't seem to be able to transmit a Dolby Atmos signal. Thanks for any clarification
