What should I do if my iCloud account is hacked?

my icloud was hacked, now i can't change my password and phone number, what should i do, can you please help.

Apple ID was hacked My Apple ID was hacked and before I could change the password the hacker changed the phone number attached to the id. Before I do anything drastic I just wanted to make sure there was anything else I could do?
