My documents are grayed out in Files App on my iPad

Some of the times that I have attempted to past a document from the Files App , it's dim so I can't complete the task ?

Unable to open file on iPad I was using my file app on my iPad to markup a pdf file for weeks, now all of sudden it won't let me open the file anymore. I tried turning off my iPad and doing an IOS update and it still will not work. I even tried going to icloud.com on my laptop to open the file and it won't open.
