No one on these forums would know. You'll just have to create a bookmark so that you can keep an eye on what is available. These are just user-to-user forums. We are all just everyday Apple Users like yourself.

The nature of Certified Refurbished inventory is that it is “catch of the day.” There is no way of knowing when, or if, a particular configuration will become available again, unless the product in question is so old that one can safely guess “Never.” (Don’t stay up late waiting for Certified Refurbished iPhone 6 phones to reappear!)

This time of year the iPhones with less storage are a popular item. Wait a few weeks/month and there should be some available.

There are several 13 Pro Max models and 13 Pro models in the U.S .Certified Refurbished store right now - but none have the amount of storage that you are looking for. All have much more.
