How do I create custom emojis on my iPhone?

Hello! I want to make my emojis (😀,😔,☹️ (not Apple intelegent, and not an avatar, that's it 😀😀😀😀) iOS 17/18. If I need to change to 17, I'll do it !!!! Help!!! I want to replace telegram premium

Hi, custom emojis are only available with iOs 18.2 and an iPhone 15 Pro and later. Older devices or devices running older software do not have access to this feature.

Also downgrading your iPhone from iOs 18 to iOs 17 is not possible
