Do your Part: Being suspicious of a bug, most certainly this bug to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what bugs are occurring and what needs to be fixed.

I got a bunch of noisy and phone-lighting notifications of WhatsApp this morning at around 3am despite a scheduled night time do not disturb which normally works. I’ve checked the schedule is still in place.

Phone an 11 Pro on iOS 18.2 .
