Phonak hearing aid call issue on iOS 18.2

I'm running IOS 18.2. Can't hear calls. Tried suggestions below. Didn't help. Another Apple Update disruption!!

static with hearing aids iphone 13 I have phonak hearing aids and have upgrade to iphone 13 and currently on ios 15.6.1 i have serious issues with static on a phone call when connected to the hearing aids (not with bluetooth in the car). This is a known issue and I have tried changing the phonak app to Adaptic Bandwidth and also the bluetooth connection of the hearing aid to Headphones, but the problem still exists. Phonak have told me to just change the app to Adaptic Bandwidth but its driving me crazy as I am on the phone for business alot and the call on the other end is telling me its a terrible line and they can't hear me propertly. Please help! Interestingly there is a software upgrade to IOS 16 available, not sure if I should do this?

ios 17.0.2 call volume I updated my 14 plus the other day to IOS 17.0.2 and now when on a call i can hardly hear the person on the other end. I have set the volume to maximum but still really quiet. Anyone else had this or know of a solution?

What did phonak support say when you reported the issue to them?

18.2 has caused same problem on my Phonak hearing aids , I can’t receive calls through my hearing aids.

Been to see the my Boots hearing aid specialist and he was at his wits end I was the 20th person he had seen this week!! Says it’s an apple issue
