iPhone 14 Plus internet issues after iOS 18.2 update

Since the latest iPhone 18.2 update, my iPhone 14 plus is not working correctly

Won't connect to the internet. Taking extra long time to load anything.

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

It looks as though I had 2 VPNs installed, Microsoft Defender and Norton 350. Have deleted both of them for now and the phone is working much faster. The internet problem had already resolved itself. Thank you very much for your help.
