The volume on my iPhone 16 plus is either wayyyy too loud or wayyy too quiet. There’s no way to adjust the volume. The volume buttons don’t work at all and the slider in settings doesn’t work. With my 11 I was able to adjust volume when phone was silenced, now if ringer is silenced video audio is barely audible and when ringer is on it’s ear shattering loud

Yeah that didn’t work for me and I had already tried it before they commented. I watched a tiktok video though where you press: side volume button up, volume down then restart phone and that worked for me

Limit the speaker volume · Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Volume Limit. · Turn on Limit Maximum Volume, then drag the slider to specify the maximum volume.
Volume Limit isn’t an option under Sounds & Haptics on the 16 Plus. Do you know where it might be found on that phone?
