Touch screen issue in iPhone after iOS 18 update

So i have noticed unusual situation with touch screen on every iOS 18 device that’s iPhone. When you try to multitouch e.g. you pinch photo with 2 fingers it is working properly, but try to lift one finger and then try to touch the screen again and try to pinch the photo. It is not possible. It annoys me as it occurs when I am trying to add a story on instagram or when I am editing a picture in an app. The multitouch on iOS 18 is a disaster.
