When did you buy your iPhone? Your iPhone battery health is expected to decline at about 1% a month. The decline isn't always linear, meaning some months you will lose more than expected, or other months none at all. Also, no two batteries
age the same, as there are many factors such as battery environment and usage.
When your battery health dips to 80% or below, have the battery replaced.

So that means under normal conditions, 12 months of usage would be about a 12% battery health decline, resulting at 88% battery health. Meaning you are ahead of your battery.

so 93% maximum capacity and 12% drain per hour is fine ?
Your battery capacity is doing fine. For the battery drain, it all depends on many factors such as usage, and varies per person. Could you please provide an image of your battery usage and activity?
Please follow this path,
