after installing the new update 18.2 the battery health declined 3% in days. Not only this but also the battery usage is increasing. For a 5 minutes of call I saw a decline of 7% in battery percentage.

Again, battery health decline is not linear. It's very possible that your battery health remained stable for a few months, then suddenly dropped a few percent, as it can fluctuate.
It shows what apps are using your battery capacity. If you have an app that crashed in the background, is updating and syncing large amounts data, apps stuck in a loop, apps with a memory leak and other possible issues related to your battery.

When did you buy this iPhone? Under normal conditions, your iPhone is expected to drop about 1% battery health a month, or 25 charge cycles. The decline isn't always linear, meaning some months it may drop more than expected, other months none at all. So you can't expect your battery health to continue to decline at this rate.

What apps are the top 5 battery for battery usage and what are the percentages? It’s easier to just share a screenshot. If you go into an Apple Store, they going to look. If you call Apple Support, they’ll need to run remote diagnostics which will tell them the same thing.

What you do want to prove with this? I have already checked all the metrics and there js nothing new.
Everything is checked. Tick marked. Solved. Uninstall. Re install. Updated apps.
