A quick search finds no evidence that Apple's HomeKit is directly supported by the Shelly relays. They provide an app, which it might be possible to control via Siri Shortcuts, but there is no guarantee.

There is open source firmware for many Shelly devices available. With that FW you are able to integrate the device directly in Apple Home. It provides only basic functionality but for simple tasks it works well. See https://github.com/mongoose-os-apps/shelly-homekit/blob/master/README.md

Yes. I had found references to this app but I wanted to find out how reliable their app is and does it fully integrate with Home. For such a product, it has so many uses for me as I cannot change the current switches as all others would not fit.
