Disney Dreamlight Valley and Nintendo Switch Pro Controller Not Compatible

My Nintendo Switch Pro Controller works just fine with games like Wylde Flowers and Hello Kitty Adventure Island through my Apple TV but when I try and access Disney Dreamlight Valley I get an error message saying my controller is not compatible and then it shuts down the game.

Anyone else experiencing this issue and how do I remedy this? Quick search shows others are able to play the game using their Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
