Batch export PDFs from Pages files on Mac

I need to export a number of 1-page Pages files to PDF fairly regularly. I've seen some posts (thank you VikingOSX) on how to create an Automator app to accomplish this. That works. However, it exports the PDFs using the "Best" setting for resolution, and I want to export using "Better" to decrease file size. Also, I'd love to first have the app/script/shortcut put Pages in "Final" view mode instead of "Markup" or "Markup without deletions."

I'd appreciate any suggestions!
