Siri reacts wrong all the time

For about a week or two now, things have gone wrong more often than right with Siri when I ask to play a certain radio station on TuneIn.

For years the command was executed without any problems, but now it keeps saying 'There was a problem with Apple Music' and even 'who is speaking?'.

It almost never works in one set of speakers and only sometimes it does in the other. Completely ridiculous because all accessories are up-to-date and nothing has changed at all.

Why would this happen and how can it be solved?
