I assume that you mean Screen Distance. You'll find it under Settings>Screen Time Screen Distance. However, if you don't have the Screen Time password, you won't be able to access it. Is this phone managed by a school or parent? If so, you'll need to discuss this with them.
If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
You will need your Apple ID and Password to reset it.
