Kernel Panic Crashes Headless Mac Mini M1

I have a Mac Mini M1 (256/8GB) which I use as an audio processor for my home studio. It runs GigPerformer5 with ~8 concurrent VSTs running simultaneously, nothing too crazy. A few times now though it has abruptly rebooted on me, sometimes when I am pushing a larger number of VSTs and sometimes when things seem completely normal. Is there someone here who could help parse through these panic reports and figure out what might be causing this?
