Repeated 'Genemoji' and 'Image Playground' messages after iOS 18.2 update on iPhone 16 Pro Max

“I have updated my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS 18.2, but it keeps showing the messages like *‘Genemoji’ or *‘Image Playground App’ and ‘Downloading support for Image Playground… Once downloaded, this iPhone will be able to use Image Playground.’ This keeps appearing repeatedly. Some emojis are missing in new iPhone 16 Pro Max Hi. After buying a new iPhone 16 pro max and successfully transferring all the data from the old one, some emojis seem to be missing, also the list of frequently used emojis is not updating and I can’t create emojis stickers from my pictures (the option is there, but it simply doesn’t save them). In the frequently used emojis I have several blank spots where nothing is showing and it’s not going away. The usual deleting keyboard and adding back, turning off and on emojis I already tried.
