I have a Mac desktop computer I believe it is a 'mini'. I would like to cloud stream games from my PS5. I can do it with my Xbox Gamepass Account but can't figure out if there is a similar way to do so with PS5 and my Playstation Network Account.

You need to identify what Mac you own when posting please. You can do that by clicking the Apple symbol in the upper left of the display and select, "About this Mac." This will tell you the model year and which Mac you have. For example, on my computer it states: "iMac, Retina 5K, 27" Inch, 2020"
However, that being said No you cannot use a Mac as a display for your PS5. iMacs are computers, they are not external display for other devices.
