Home Sharing music from iTunes on PC to AppleTV not working

I have used iTunes for years, and used to be able to tell it to stream the music to the AppleTV in the living room. Now that option doesn't show up on iTunes, and the AppleTV won't find the playlist I'm looking for when I pull up the Music app. I can see the individual songs and albums from the Music app, but the playlist doesn't show up.

Also, the AppleTV won't let me select the "computer" that everything is on, where I used to be able to share pictures to the living room.

Yes, I've tried turning HomeSharing off on both devices and turning them back on. I don't get it. Something is broken between iTunes and AppleTV.
