I have an iphone 15 pro and i was previously able to use apple intelligence and could see the new siri UI but i just updated to ios 18.2 and i can’t anymore. I can still see the Apple intelligence option but it doesn’t have chatgpt in it anymore. My siri has switched to the older version. I tried restarting the phone many times. What should i do?

I'm having the same issue here. I have an iPhone 15 pro max but all I see is the old version of Siri and this message - “Downloading support for Apple Intelligence. Connect iPhone to Wi-Fi and power while models are downloading.
0% complete...”
The iPhone does not proceed any further. I have a really good internet connection of over 150mbps as well. I tried to use my personal hotspot too but nothing changed.
