Hi, unable to get my XFX AMD Radeon RX580 gpu to work my 2018 Mac Mini. From what I've read it should be compatible out of the box.
My Mac can see the Razer Core and also shows a AMD graphics card in the graphics/displays section of system information (see attached).
Any advice on how to get this to work or troubleshoot further?
Using a Razer Core X and running Ventura 13.6.

Is Mac OS as up-to-date as possible? Also, please re-read it when you are fresh and double check every step of the way. If you still have a problem, try calling AppleCare. IF you don't know that number use AppleCare Contact Info to locate the correct number for your area.
Use an external graphics processor with your Mac - Apple Support Please read this VERY carefully!!!
Thank you. I have. It states the model is compatible and I have followed the start up steps appropriate for a Mac mini with fire vault.
is there anything in particular you think I missed?
