HomeKit Screwed Up Big Time

Anyone else having problems with HomeKit! I have two HomePods, Apple TV, 12/14 smart bulbs/plugs. I’ve had these setup for time automation and scenes(ex. Good Evening(turn certain lights on.) Good Night(turn certain lights off.) for several years. Several of the “smart bulbs” stopped working with voice commands. Some I could execute commands manually via my iPhone/iPad/Macbook and some voice commands worked on iMac/Macbook, but not HomePod or iPhone. Contacted support who advised to turn off all IOS devices, turn off all Plugs/bulbs & restart after about a minute. Tried this step… But It Only Got Worse! Now some smart bulbs/plugs don’t work and show ‘No Response’. I tried to remove some devices, pair again & they failed to connect to HomeKit. I tried multiple times. However, these same devices(matter compatible) would connect to Alexa! Additionally, I tried to delete a scene, add a scene… It all FAILED! And for bulbs not working, when I tried to delete from HomeKit, it failed to delete the device. Nothing Worked. I shut down all IOS devices, Macs, HomePods, etc. and restarted. Waste of time! If I took a “failed smart bulb” on HomeKit, it paired effortlessly with Alexa. Anyone else? Guess I’ll go back to run-around support for failed software testing/support!

HomePod, 18
