I get a random “chirp” or high pitched squeak in one or the other AirPod Pro 2 that I just bought this November. It happens while listening to music or using them as a hearing aid. What causes this. Is there a fix?

I have the same problem. I took the hearing test and it was determined, as expected, that my right ear had a hearing loss. When I took the test for proper fit, it showed that all was well. When I used the AirPods to listen to music or watch a video, the sound is just fine. But when I turn on the hearing aid function, I get annoying high pitched squeaks, randomly. This is irritating and discouraging, as the main reason I purchased the AirPods Pro 2 was for the hearing aid function. What is the fix?
No fix. Just chiming in that I bought mine to use as hearing aids a few weeks ago while my oticon hearing aids are being repaired.
