HomePod mini EQ with Apple TV

I use a HomePod mini as a remote speaker for my Apple TV. My problem is that the sound via the HomePod is bass heavy.

is there an EQ adjustment I can make to reduce the amount of bass?

Homepod 2 volume won't decrease all the way I have a Homepod stereo pair in the living room with an Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen) but the volume won't decrease all the way with the remote. When we press the volume down button on the remote the volume bar appears and we can decrease the volume until the bar is empty but there's still very audible noise coming from the speakers. What can we do to adjust this so that we have better control of the volume? All devices are currently up to date (16.6).

HomePod Biggie Control Bass Level? I LOVE the sound of my HomePod biggies, I have 4, both 1st and 2nd generation, but the bass is about 30% too loud, especially for apartments or condos. "Reduce bass" in Home app completely kills the bass. Someone has suggested EQ in macOS Music app (Window -> EQ), but EQ only works from macOS Music app in Command Center (no multi-HomePod support or playing from other sources). Apple, we need the HomePod and Home app to support MEDIUM bass halfway between full and reduced bass. Please respond, Apple.

Bass levels on HomePods Is there a way to adjust the bass on HomePods? I just bought 2 new hompods and hooked them up to my Apple TV 4K (2nd gen) and there is very little to no bass. If there is no way to increase the bass, I'm not keeping these things. Wanted to use as my tv speakers but it's not a good experience so far.

Go to the Home app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap a HomePod
enable Reduce the bass:

Change HomePod settings - Apple Support

Thank you. I did not know that setting was in the Home app.
