My iPhone SE running iOS 15.1.1 won't open apps

my iPhone SE version 15.1.1 will not open any Apps . wifi connection is fine, my iPad is not affected. it doesn't work on mobile data either

Hi, thanks for your interest. I can’t open any apps. They just spin or say that I’m off-line. Apple Music doesn’t open. Apple Shop is there but I haven’t tried to buy anything!
