MAC MINI M3 | Sound Driver Issue? F#-G Frequency Broken Sound.

Hello,

I first noticed the issue while watching videos of tutorials. The voice is like peaking when a frequency is hit. So I tried to check which one and found out it is F# and G in the keyboard like in octave 4. So I thought it was a hardware issue but when I tried it with my ATmx40 Headphones, My reference speakers, and other output speakers, it was still peaking or distorting like a mini feedback. So it confirms it is a software issue. What do you think?

Mac mini, macOS 15.1
