Siri Not Working After Turning On Apple Intelligence

I’m running iOS 18.1.1 on a 16 Pro Max. Non-AI Siri has been working, but when I toggled on Apple Intelligence she started responding to everything with, “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” Hey Siri and my side button will both turn her on, but she won’t ever answer correctly. Type-to-Siri does not work either. I can type requests but the “send” button is always grayed out. I tried turning AI Siri off, and the normal Siri does not work anymore either. I’ve tried all common-sense solutions such as power cycling, turning Siri off and on, etc.
