Hi,
I just received my customized Mac Studio. I am very happy with it and I don’t want to return it, but when I click the “check return eligibility” it shows “Your order is no longer eligible for return.“
Is there a special reason for that? Or is it a glitch.
I was just wondering out of curiosity.

Did you buy it directly from Apple? If so, I have to think it's just a glitch. Since you don't intend to return it, nothing to worry about as long as the warranty expiration shows correctly:
Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
If that's also wrong, contact Apple Support for assistance.
