Can’t log medications on apple health

I’m using iPhone 14 and my phone is currently up to date . I use apple health multiple times a day typically.

For some reason after the update I can’t log my medications . It will give me a reminder but when I click on notification the medications tab on apple health will be completely blank.

This happens when I manually go to the app and click the medications tab as well.

I have made sure the app has all my permissions and even restarted my phone …..

such a bummer because this is the biggest feature I use on my iPhone !
