Mystery label in playhead area Logic Pro

What is this grey box labeled Cno3 in the playhead area? I can't edit or remove it, and I don't remember how it got there.

maconlineupdate I just noticed there is a MacOnlineUpdateV31L37Up file on my desk top. It wasn't on the desk top earlier today. The icon for it looks like an external device. When I right click, an eject option opens. What is is? Why is it there? Generally, updates happen in the background. I haven't seen something like this before. When I go to Get Info, it indicates it was created in February but I've only seen it today.

What is LoyalShroud? I recently updated to OS Ventura. Now there is a new item in my application bar named, "LoyalShroud." It has a very generic icon. Does anyone know anything about this?

Looks like a chord name, an abbreviation for C no third.
