Will shared Page links with others be processed on browser or onto server

i wanna know if i share page link with others, will it be processed on their browser or on the server. i am trying to share as a book as pages with my friend who got a really weak phone. wanna know if it will work for him. the page got 400+ pages.

Just ask your friend to try the link you posted. I don't see how anyone here can tell you whether it will work with his particular really weak phone. Also he should try different browsers.
