Text message delivery issues on iPhone

Is anyone else having issues with text messages not going through? Turning from rcs to sms. Photos not being delivered?

Photos/Texts Issues I’m experiencing failed message response when I send photos & or texts to other iPhone users!!! I’ve updated latest software version & wonder if last update is reason I’m having additional issues. Other issues were not receiving texts/notifications!! These software updates do not address the major concerns of users it seems to me!!
