apple intelligence breaks dictation

So for some reason when i updated to MacOS 15.1.1 dictation stopped working, though, when i turn off my apple intelligence dictation does seem to work just fine? But as soon as i turn it back on it just completely breaks, stuff like "Hey Siri"/"Siri" works fine but after that talking to it and saying like "What's the weather like?" it will not put anything in the talk box and do nothing. But when i turn off and talk to Siri again it works just fine. Please help me here.
