My question has been lost.

About 6 days ago I raised a question regarding the fact that although my lightening headphones work fine with all aspects of sound i.e. You Tube, phone calls etc on my iPhone 13 under iOS 18.1.1, the same is not the case for my older apple earphones that have a jack and I have added a jack to lightening adaptor.

The older earphones with the jack to lightening adaptor work fine for videos, You Tube etc but not with phone calls.

I asked for help but can no longer access the question and any replies.

How do i find the question and any ideas about a solution to my problem.

Hello~ I have checked also by typing your username into the Search field. I don’t see a question that would be similar. Did you receive a notice of removal? In regards to your question…it may be that your older earphones are the issue. Take care.

No I didn’t see a notice of removal but I can simply raise the question again, I guesss.

re your suggestion surely if the old earphones were the problem then they wouldn’t work for You tube etc. it is ONLY when using them on a phone call that there is s problem.
