I bought iPhone 14 online onnFriday 26th November.

it arrived yesterday but no sign of gift card - not a physical one, not one in email or by text.

How & when will this come?

Was the purchase financed in anyway either through the carrier, Apple Card or Apple Payments?

Is the iPhone 14 a pro or pro max model?

Why would payment method matter? Wasn’t mentioned in the details regarding the gift cards.

I got an iPad Pro, but no gift card. I also looked in the box, on my phone, email, text etc. didn’t get anything.
