Logic Pro x 11.1 is not saving input monitoring settings. .

Going back into a project I have to switch on input monitoring every time. I use it live for guitar and sequencing/drums etc These input monitoring savings used to be saved in previous versions, but not in iteration 11.1. I use an MacBook Pro M3. Any ideas or is this just a bad new feature?
