I have an iPhone 11 pro, why I don't see the green JOIN button when a group Facetime trying to include me?

I have a problem with doing group Facetime. My phone does not notify me to join the group. My iPhone can only do one on one facetime, why? Please tell me how to solve this problem. thanks.
