Game centre data deletion

I have read through related articles and I have done what they said and nothing has worked. The app data isn’t uploaded to iCloud but it is still saved on my Game Centre account. I want to replay old games but I can’t because of Game Centre saving the data, even after the app is deleted. I don’t know what to do. Please help
