Mac mini, Sequoia 15.1.1, no menu bar and I'm not in full screen mode
Menu bar absent but I can find no way to get it back. I am not using full screen although I did try it out one time. It's difficult with my vision issues.

Does the Menu Bar show up, if you move the cursor to the top of the screen..?
If not, does the Menu Bar show up when you click on your Desktop..?
