Apple Music in Windows 10 Pro not recognizing iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hi all, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB and it's fully up to date, same with Apple Music on Windows 10 Pro, which are also updated to the latest version.

The problem is, when I connect my iPhone to my Windows computer, Apple Music does not recognize it!. I can see the iPhone icon in the list of devices in Windows File Explorer, but not in Apple Music. All I wanted to do was transfer my favorites playlist to my iPhone.

Anyone know why this is happening?. Thanks.
