Is AppleCare Repair Service Available in the Caribbean (Jamaica)? Guidance on Mailing Address Options

Hi, I’m based in Jamaica and would like to know if AppleCare repair services delivery are available here, as there are no Apple Stores or official UPS locations.

If the service is available, should I use my home address or a delivery service (e.g., Amazon pickup address) as the send and return mailing address? Many items can’t be shipped directly to Jamaica and often go through a U.S.-based forwarding station. How should I handle this to ensure my device is returned properly? Thanks!

AppleCare+ (the add-on paid-in-advance service) for most devices is available only in the country where the device was originally purchased. If it was bought in the US, then you will have to bring the device into the US. There is no international AppleCare, except for Macs (then still local service, no international shipping.)

AppleCare Products - iPad - Apple (US)

AppleCare+ Terms and Conditions - Apple Legal (US)

Apple products purchased from local resellers should probably be brought there for repair.

Find locations - Apple Authorized Resellers and Apple Authorized Service Providers - Apple (JM)
