iPod won't sync with Windows 11 arm laptop

Hello,

I bought a Windows 11 laptop with an Arm chip inside of it. I moved my itunes library to it today and got everything set up, but when I plugged my iPod Classic in, it said "This iPod cannot be used because it is not supported on this version of Windows." My old laptop was a surface book running Windows 10 and it synced just fine, aside from getting the sync started. I am using iTunes version 12.13.4.4 downloaded from apples website, Windows 11 24h2 build 26100.2033, and my iPod is on the latest software.
