accidentally got deleted from my trashcan 6 1/2 to a 7 1/2 hour recorded video uploaded in a file or folder named Tim I think on the 18 th was when it was recorded I have a screenshot 4 minute video is all I can find of it how can I get it back on my I pad

If this was in the Photos app, you can check the Recently Deleted folder in Photos and see if it's there. If you're referring to some other video app, then it will depend on whether that app has any sort of recovery function for deleted videos and if it does where to look.
