Seeking best business receipts app w/ macbook interface

Can anybody recommend the best app for tracking receipts?

• I keep receipts because many of my expenses are tax-deductible (fuel, medications, office supplies)
• I would like an app that can photograph/scan receipts, and then help me organize them as fuel, Rx, etc
• I use my laptop for my phone, so ideally I'd like something that can interface with my phone.
• If Apple manufacture such an app, then that would be ideal.
• Ideally, at the end of the year I'd like to have a PDF file which summarizes all these receipts, which I can take to my accountant.
