Hi, I bought my ipad 3 weeks ago and until now the applecare+ i bought with didn’t show up in my setting. it stated that my ipad is eligible for the plan, but not i already had. i tried to check the coverage and everything and it is still the same

Contact the dealer you bought your iPad from and ask them to follow up on the issue.
