Zoom participants can't hear music from Bose speaker on MacBook Pro

I use my MacBook Pro and PowerPoint when teaching Sunday School. For the music I use my Bose speaker. My co-teacher has a PC. He connects with several shut-ins thru zoom. The zoom participants hear my voice when teaching via his PC while watching the PowerPoint. He shares the screen with them. No problem so far. However, when I plan music through my Bose speaker, the zoom participants cannot hear the music though they can still see the singers through the shared screen. In other words, they can hear my teaching via the PC without a problem, but they are unable to hear the music played from my Mac through the Bose speaker. We are unable to resolve this problem or understand why it occurs.
